Lalehzar Boutique Mall

LALEHZAR BOUTIQUE MALL

The initial design concept for the Lalehzar Boutique Mall focuses on honoring Iranian architecture and maintaining fidelity to the historical architecture of Lalehzar Street, which was inspired by Paris's Champs-Élysées. The fusion of tall, arched Iranian Sasanian-era forms and brick, an inseparable element of Iranian architecture, with decorative metallic elements reminiscent of French industrial architecture in commercial spaces and passageways, defines the architectural and aesthetic character of this commercial area.
The main entrance was designed as a single, tall arch within a modern brick facade to pique the curiosity of passersby and draw them into the project. Upon entering this passageway, with its metallic elements, high glass ceiling, and a glimpse of the rooftop restaurant and its enclosed green courtyard, visitors are guided to the upper floors.پ
The rooftop restaurant and terrace offer an environment distinct from the bustling street, where the sound of water, the presence of trees, and green walls reawaken a sense of life for them. This creates an experience of their presence in this structure as a memory that calls for repetition, again and again, with each visit to the Lalehzar neighborhood.
May this project play its part in respecting architecture and also in the prosperity of today's market on Lalehzar and Berlin Streets.
